Who is it for?
SME leaders who wish to improve their skills and run a better business. Accelerate business growth.

What is covered?
Over minimum of 6 months, once per month, for 90 mins to 2 hours, covering the key aspects of leading and running a business.
We cover will cover a wide range of topics such topics as strategy development, sales, marketing, organisational performance management, gaining finance, managing the cash and BAS cycles, how to make more profits, leadership, managing difficult people, controlling and keeping track of the work. We’ll do this in a group environment, whereby each participant can ask for help with a specific challenge they have.
The program is unscripted. The participants can set the agenda to cover the most important topics for themselves and their business.
This will run monthly. The minimum period of participation is 3 months, but I recommend you plan for at least 6 to 12 months, so that you can get into a rhythm and start to know and like your fellow participants as your learning develops.
Why is it valuable?
What comes first – business growth or personal growth? You can’t drive a car without first learning how to do so. You can’t be a racing driver until you learn how to drive properly. This is valuable because it allows you to develop yourself, in a working environment, amongst peers, who have been there and done that before. You don’t have to make the same mistakes they did.
