This workshop is aimed at people who need to, want to, and have the responsibility for making outbound calls to customers and suppliers.  Participants can be leaders and sales staff from Established Businesses, SMEs and/or Start-ups.

Learn how to prepare for making outbound business calls.

Learn what is needed to become comfortable in the process, and what you can do to become more successful in making outbound business calls.

Then try it out in the safety of the workshop environment.

  • A face-to-face group 1/2 day workshop
  • ZOOM based group workshop for 4 hours
  • A pre-recorded workshop without the group exercise practice
